Evidence before claims
Trace conclusions to records, document uncertainty, and publish only what can be verified.
Ops5ive is a founder-led Mortgage Revenue Audit and Lead-to-Revenue Systems Firm. Clients work directly with Abbas and Arsalan from the first system review through the production release.

We find where mortgage opportunities become disconnected from ownership and funded outcomes, then combine process analysis, integration, data, software, conversation intelligence, and managed operations to correct the verified problem.
Every engagement begins with the operating trail, the responsible people, and the result management must control.
Trace conclusions to records, document uncertainty, and publish only what can be verified.
Start with the borrower journey, owner, expensive exception, and required next action.
Permissions, review, evaluation, and audit history define what a system may do.
Monitoring, incidents, data quality, releases, and improvement need an accountable operator.
Ops5ive exists to stop good mortgage opportunities going cold when nobody has time to check every stage, every day.
Spent years implementing EDI and CRM systems across Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay operations. After seeing teams repeatedly jump between systems to answer one question, he built internal tools that brought scattered information, controls, and next actions into one place. He later worked as a Fractional RevOps operator, building the workflows, tools, and revenue strategies businesses needed to run with more visibility and less operational drag. At Ops5ive, he applies that experience to the mortgage CRM and LOS stack.
Spent years working inside a mortgage company's CRM, watching qualified leads go cold and refinance signals get missed because nobody had time to check every stage every day. Works directly with clients across review, solution, and delivery.
Supports integrations, workflows, data, dashboards, automation, and application development.
The founders responsible for understanding the problem remain involved through the production release.
